Just before 11 AM on one of the busiest shopping days of the year, an argument turned deadly at the Patrick Henry Mall in Newport News Saturday. Gary Carlton Moore (24) was booked into the city jail and charged with Murder 2nd degree.
UPDATE 11/30/2025 2:25 PM EST Police and media remain mute and continue to delay official word of subject and victim likely for political reasons.
